Downie Craig
Founder and President

Downie Craig is the Founder and President of Troubleshooting for Christ. She has a heart for widows and has served them and their families for over 20 years. ​

Ms. Craig brings her extensive Biblical knowledge to her teaching and counseling roles. She operates the ministry daily, integrating various agencies throughout the city.
​
Ms. Craig is also the founder and president of Trouble Shooting for Christ and Heaven Sent Products, a motivational speaker, entrepreneur, product developer and published author. She helps to empower others to complete their vision by assisting them in bringing their vision to life, thinking outside of the box and stepping out in faith. Her book "Vision Prayer" teaches readers to clearly see God's plan for their journey.

Prior to her work for this non-profit, Ms. Craig worked for 25 years in the airline industry, where her supervisory, recruitment and management duties sharpened her people skills to be an asset for her current work.
Her heartfelt efforts have made a life changing impact to all who come to know her.

André Craig, Jr.
Vice President, Attorney
André Craig, Jr., graduated from Liberty University and has been a licensed attorney since 2017. He currently serves as an Assistant Public Defender with the Dallas County Public Defender's Office.

Cynthia Hightower
Event Director
Cynthia Hightower has provided teaching, training, and curriculum writing services in Christian Education Ministries for over 40 years. Graduated BA and MEd from TCU with a Major in English Literature, a Minor in French Language Studies and Master of Secondary Education, 25 years in Public education, 30 years as Caterer - Event Planner private business and churches.

Glenda Baylor
Treasurer
Glenda Baylor served as a principal in Dallas ISD and Fellowship Christian Academy Middle School at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas, Texas. She is founder and president of Fill My Cup Ministries and Baylor Educational Consulting.
